Turn around times:

Turn around times can vary during seasons. Regular season is 21 business days. May thru August please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery time. (see below for stock and delivery issues)

 

Returns:

There are NO returns on any monogrammed items. If you order the incorrect size we can exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of purchase, you must have your receipt and the items cannot be washed or worn. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. If before production, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Prices are subject to change at any time. 

Due to the increase pricing from our vendors in the recent months, we unfortunately have to raise our prices as well. We held off as long as we could but the increase has been significant and we are unable to absorb the difference. This is an issue nationwide and is unavoidable at this time. We will be checking prices daily and if they decrease we will adjust prices at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Vendor stock and shipping issues:

As we all know this past year has had its challenges. Everything has been effected, including the shipping companies and vendor stock. Please be patient with us as these situations are out of our control and we will do our best to get you an alternative item if it is available. We thank you for your understanding and we look forward to helping you any way we can.
